Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held therein.
At the time of registration and throughout the life of your Account, you must provide and maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, nationality or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.

You may fund your Account using payment methods available in the x388 cashier at the time of your transaction. Available methods may change without notice. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and any applicable processing fees will be displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation of a transaction. x388 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposit instruments must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. x388 reserves the right to request full KYC verification, proof of payment method ownership and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method — indicative timelines are shown in the cashier but are not guaranteed.
Transactions may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or such other currency as is supported by the cashier at the time of the transaction. Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be the Operator's rate at the time of the transaction. Users bear the risk of exchange-rate fluctuation.

An Account that has had no log-in activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. x388 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormant account policy, subject to applicable law. All bonuses, free spins and promotional credits offered by x388 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before they — or any winnings arising from their use — become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games and specific slot titles may have reduced contribution rates or may be excluded entirely. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying odds will not contribute to wagering requirements.

x388 operates a tiered loyalty programme. Points accrual rates, tier thresholds, reward redemption rates and benefits are set by the Operator and may be amended from time to time. Loyalty points have no monetary value until redeemed in accordance with the programme rules. x388 reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by x388. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation — typically a bet ID and an on-screen confirmation message. x388 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a technical error, palpable odds error or suspected fraudulent activity.
Odds are expressed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is submitted and confirmed shall be the odds applied to that bet, unless a palpable error is identified (see Section 7.4 below). x388 makes no representation as to the accuracy of real-time data feeds used to compile markets.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan international fixtures, PSL seasons, ICC tournaments and other events — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, or the ICC for international competitions). In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. x388 accepts no liability for bets placed based on incorrect or delayed score information shown on the Platform.
Where odds, market names, scores or other data are published in clear error — whether due to a technical fault, human error or a corrupted data feed — x388 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the User's Account. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
All casino games and Random Number Generator (RNG) titles on the Platform are operated according to their published rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. RTP figures are provided by the relevant game studio and represent long-run theoretical averages — they do not guarantee outcomes over any individual session or series of sessions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x388 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of x388. Scraping, data mining or extracting odds data for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.
x388 will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the Platform is available and functional at all times. However, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x388 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of winnings arising from technical faults; losses arising from data corruption; or losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers.
Game titles available on the Platform are provided by third-party studios. x388 does not warrant the accuracy of game RTP figures published by third-party studios, or the technical reliability of third-party game engines. Issues with individual game titles should be reported to x388 support, which will escalate to the relevant studio.
x388 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, disconnections during live betting or live casino sessions, or delays in data transmission. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection when using the Platform.
x388 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction. During a suspension, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets or process withdrawals.
Following investigation of a suspended Account, x388 may terminate the Account permanently. Where termination results from a proven breach of these Terms, x388 reserves the right to void all pending and historical winnings and bonuses, and to retain any balance required to cover losses suffered by x388 as a direct result of the breach. Where no breach is established, the Account balance will be returned to the User via the most recent qualifying payment method.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting x388 support. Before closure, any active wagering requirements must be addressed and open bets must be settled. Remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing window.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x388 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through x388's internal complaints process before seeking any other remedy.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as x388 claiming compliance with, or authorisation under, the laws of Pakistan. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the legality of such access under applicable Pakistani law.
x388 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users via their registered email address and/or a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent review.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date.
